What you get

A one-time purchase gives you a personal licence to use the IdeaSweeper app at app.ideasweeper.com, including future updates, on any computer you sign in on. The demo is free to use without an account.

Your data is yours

Everything you import and organise stays in your browser. You keep all rights to it. Because we never hold a copy, you are responsible for your own backups: use Export to save your workspace. Clearing your browser data deletes your board.

Your account

Keep access to your email and Google account secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. One account per person. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars. Our payment provider acts as the seller of record and adds any sales tax your country requires. If the app does not work for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund; a refund also ends access to the paid app.

Sort with AI

This optional feature uses TypeSafe's service with your own API key. TypeSafe's terms and charges apply to that use. AI suggestions can be wrong, which is why nothing moves until you confirm it.

Fair use

Use IdeaSweeper as described in the acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the app and may change features. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will never be down. If we ever shut IdeaSweeper down, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can export everything, and your exported files will keep working without us.

Warranty and liability

IdeaSweeper is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
