About paying
Who handles the payment?
A payment provider that acts as the seller of record. It takes the card, adds any sales tax or VAT your country requires, and emails your receipt. IdeaSweeper never sees your card details.
What do I get after paying?
Your account unlocks the full app at app.ideasweeper.com on any computer you sign in on. Your ideas still stay in each browser; use Export and Import to move a board between computers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it does not work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and you get your money back.
Is the AI sorting extra?
Sort with AI uses your own TypeSafe key, billed by TypeSafe at their published rate. Sorting a few hundred ideas costs well under one cent. Everything else in the app works without it.
